How to Submit a Deletion Request
In accordance with Google Play, Apple App Store, and international privacy regulations, any registered parent or user has the right to request permanent deletion of their account and associated data.
- You can submit your deletion request via the form below or directly within the mobile app under (Settings > Privacy > Delete Account).
- We verify account ownership via a secure confirmation code sent to your registered phone number.
- All personal identifiable information and historic location logs will be purged permanently from active databases within 30 days.
Important Notice:
Deleting your account permanently dissociates your profile from your child's school bus and halts all arrival notifications. Re-enrolling requires administrative reactivation by your school.
